“Ron was the best.... From finding us a serious buyer (house on the market July 4 weekend, closed on the sale August 18) to getting us a fair price for our home and everything in between! He spelled out the whole process of selling a property and what we needed to do to get the best offer. Ron handled inspections and appraisal — happy I did not need to be involved. And when there were questions about the sewer system he scheduled the professional plumbers for me and oversaw the work, a big bonus for us as we are not in the best of health. Any questions I had for Ron were responded to promptly. Ron knows this market since he is a resident of the area himself. Negotiation skills were fair and honest.”
